Ahead of our eagerly awaited second season which starts on Thursday 27 June things are somewhat different as we strive to bring the best possible Eurovision radio entertainment to the world from Wales and the first thing to say is that we are delighted to announce that we will be doing it all here at Oystermouth Radio.

You probably already know by now but just to remind you that the all new W12P Show will be hosted by the excellent Glen Bartlett which allows Joel to co host and engineer the show while spending more time on other project matters relevant to W12P Wales in Eurovision as a project as well as a radio show.

The W12P Team is further strengthened with regular show contributors Debbie O'Hare and David Mann as well as Oystermouth Radio co ordinator and occasional W12P presenter Grant Eden, JP and his team from Radio International including Eric and Lillian Brunell from the Netherlands and Sweden respectively as well as the excellent images of Nikkie Allen, which are taking from her many visits to Eurovision finals and can be seen throughout the new W12P Website.

The show will continue to air on Thursday evenings but is now extended by one hour with a new start time of 7:00 p.m GMT (8:00 p.m CET) until 10:00 p.m GMT (11:00 p.m CET). New W12P & W12P 2 presenter Debbie OHare
Eurovision afficianado, actress and experienced presenter Debbie OHare becomes the latest in W12P Eurovision in Wales ambitious Summer expansion plans.
Debbie, who is based in London, comes from Preston and will be presenting two 15 minute programmes as part of another new face at W12P Eurovision in Wales Glen Bartletts' W12P Show and Project Manager and original host Joel Bennett's W12P 2 Show.
Debbie did her professional training at drama school, then afterwards found a love for presenting! And as she has followed The Eurovision Song Contest from an early age (having annual ESC parties with her Nanna) she is very excited to be involved with W12P Eurovision radio shows!

We are delighted that Debbie has decided to join the W12P Eurovision in Wales team. Debbie will add a strong and wide ranging music knowledge in her own style and that is what we and our fast growing Eurovision audience have come to expect - something new, something different and someone new.
W12P always has been unique with its continental style and outlook which you don't normally hear from UK media companies with regard to Eurovision.
The appointment of Debbie comes as a further boost following Glen Bartlett's decision to take on the W12P main presenter's role.
Both Glenn and Debbie posses a great deal of Eurovision knowledge as well as the potential to go very far in their chosen fields.

W12P will be splitting into two for Season Two as the first of its monthly shows gets underway at the end of June. The original W12P host, Oystermouth Radio non executive founder member and W12P Project Manger Joel Bennett, will introduce the new W12P 2 show that follows the brand new W12P Show presented by promising Welsh speaking actor and experienced Welsh Language television broadcaster Glen Bartlett.

Following Glenn the same evening W12P 2 will be hosted by W12P Project Manager Joel Bennett
Ahead of tonight's final season one W12P Show Joel was delighted at the arrival of Glenn and while the original idea was for both presenters to co host W12P Joel was quick to spot yet another gap in the UK Eurovision radio market.
"Glenn is such a natural and with such maturity, enthusiasm and incredible knowledge of Eurovision it only seemed right that Glen should take a crack on his own." said an extremely happy Joel Bennett who continued, ''So, Glen taking care of dare I say a younger market (lets face it, we're all getting older) gives me time not only to widen the shows appeal by including classic Eurovision tracks it gives me the opportunity to concentrate on delivering W12P's initial policy, which is to get to the bottom of the UK's performance at Eurovision."

More news on W12P's policies will be delivered during Season Two but the idea is for Glen to concentrate on all things Denmark 2014 whilst not forgetting the fortunes of Malmo 2013 entrants as well as stunning classics from the not too far gone past. Glen will deliver this entirely in his own unique style with the addition of contemporary radio show elements and those of his own.
Meanwhile. Joel will introduce a more newsy show looking at the current events behind the music as well as fascinating dips into the history of the Contest including a wide range of classic tracks from 1956 through to the 2000's
